Easy, good and cheap.I don't understand where the negative reviews come from. I easily ordered my test online. In person took a few minutes and they found the vein right away. Test results the next morning

I visited this facility which is considered in network. However, they sent my labs to a facility in Illinois and then billed my insurance as an out of network facility without even telling me. Very unprofessional and bad way to do business. I also filled a complaint with the BBB

My fiancee had an appointment here, with text proof. She confirmed her appointment at the kiosk. The rude staff told her she didn't have an appointment and brushed her off saying they could not see her in the system. They absolutely refused to help her saying they didn't know what they could do. This is a terrible place to go to and there are better places to go within 20 minutes for lab testing. Please do not use this lab. Absolutely a horrible place run by incompetent and apathetic people.

Horrible staff and horrible reception workers. Denied me my appointment because they "couldn't find me on the system" but their self-help kiosk system had no problem finding me. Upon asking why the lady tells me "I am not the one usually at the desk here" and proceeds to not help me. Did not even bother asking anyone else for help. I would suggest you to go anywhere else.

Claim a faxed lab request takes longer to receive than a postman on horseback. Still waiting for that fax☠️

My doctor uses Quest so all of my information was already in the system when I got there. It was easy scheduling and rescheduling online. I walked right in to the location on Niles at the time of my appointment with no wait. The woman on staff was pleasant and professional as she verified my information at the front desk. We had a lovely chat back in the room as she drew my blood (which was a seamless, painless procedure) and I was on my way. In and out within minutes. I look forward to having my blood drawn there again.

Specific to the Niles rd. Suite 10b location. I've gotten quarterly labs here for over 3 years now. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about. The staff, especially the lady nearing retirement, is good at the job. I don't care about polite, though they have been decent to me. I care about not being used as a pin cushion. My experience has been painless and quick. In and out. First stick every time. No bruising. Be decent to people and I think you'll find they are decent in kind. You get what you give. All that jazz.

Extremely rude front desk staff! Don’t bother calling bc there’s no real human interaction and online scheduling is unavailable. Did I mention that drug screening ends an hour before closure even though it’s posted no where on the website? The lady at the front desk was rude to me and said I should’ve known the hours bc they were posted in small print on their door so they basically expect you to know the hours that you would only be aware of once arriving there. She just said “I believe you’re late” and it was 2:10, she couldn’t even serve me even though they were open for another 50 mins and I drove a ways to get here. Horrible horrible!

I would give this office less than 1 star if that was possible due to an employee by the name of Brandon. He was very unprofessional and rude to me from the moment I walked in the office. He tried to tell me my lab orders were unacceptable, which was untrue, and told me I needed to go to my PCP for the labs, which also is false information. I can go anywhere to get labs drawn. Really felt like his punching bag and my advice to Brandon is if you are so unhappy in your profession it might be the time to make a change. I don’t walk into a medical facility at 7:45 a.m. to be treated as rudely as you treated me. It also might be time for anger management classes, because you got angry over my simply disagreeing with you. Brandon cost Quest Diagnostics business, as I will never return to this office, my family members will not, and I certainly will not recommend this office to anyone else either.

I went to Quest to get blood work done specifically because my local hospital no longer would perform one of the tests needed. The staff was kind and effecient and fairly quick.

Does NOT accept BCBS of MI plans from Healthcare.gov, but they don't tell you that when you present your insurance. 30 minute waits on hold to be hung up on, hour long waits to actually talk to someone who doesn't have any straight answers. They kept saying my insurance just wasn't responding. I eventually found the answers on my own! BCBS allowed amount is less than 15% of what they are billing me, but I am responsible for the whole amount. Terrible business practices. If they don't honor an insurance plan, that should be clear UP FRONT, and their customer service should know it!

I went in on a Tuesday afternoon to have my blood drawn for an upcoming doctors appointment. This office is inside a dermatologist/vein clinic, just on the other side of the office. The quest office is staffed by a super nice older lady who was just awesome! Registration was quick and I was taken to the back for my blood draw. Not only was this lady completely painless, she talked to me the whole time and I had no bruise the next day! Even though this particular office is 45 minutes from my home, it was totally worth the drive!! Great office that will again get my business!!
