“I had a few issues with this Storage place and I won't go into details. What I want to say is that thank goodness for Jennifer at the red arrow highway location! She is truly a wonderful spirit. She was honest and supportive and had it not been for her we would have been out the first few weeks. Other employees lied and seemed to almost enjoy watching people struggle and lose their belongings. Shame on you Blondie. This business is lucky to have Jennifer. I hope they appreciate her. Thanks again Jennifer for being a good human being. The world needs more of you.”

“I very unexpectedly needed a storage unit. The staff when I called were very helpful in getting a unit for me. Then, when I got to the storage facility, I realized I needed a larger unit. Jennifer in the office was more than helpful with helping me change to a larger unit.
This was the second time I had to use a storage facility. Both times it has been with Storage Rentals of America because of how well the staff helps in a time of need.”
