After 10 years of working with this company, I am absolutely baffled. The staff are incredibly friendly, but WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH AN ISSUE once the sale has been made. As a painting contractor, I rely on quality materials and customer service, and this company REFUSES to stand by their warranty or word. I am now out TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars due to their negligence and lack of care.
Stay as far away as you can if you value your time and hard earned money.

Very friendly and helpful! I was afraid that I would never find the right match for the old paint I need to touch up. Bringing an old gallon of 16 yr old paint to the store really helped find the match so I can touch up. The lady took her time to help find what I was looking for!

The Democratic worker that day was very rude and not helpful/I had my grunt style shirt on and she made it obvious that she didn’t like me beyond it /I walked out without the second gallon of paint that I needed to finish my project and will now buy my paint from Menards ??

SELECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICEWe walked into the store on 12-30-21 at 11:15 A.M. Totally got ignored. Two customers came and right away were greeted with a “how can I help you “. We waited for 12 minutes to be help but the female representative totally ignored us. I walked out of the store totally feeling disrespected and ignored.Will never return to this store.

Because of the freeze in Texas, they are out of a lot of products. But what I didn’t know was, cheaper products work just as well as the expensive ones they want you to buy. I was told to come back because only this one block would work for me. Came back when I was told and nope, no product. So now I’m told I can use the contractors brand which is cheaper. Came back a week later and they are out of that now too. Now, they have an even cheaper brand that willWork. All they showed me is with their expertise, they try to sell you and tell you only about the more expensive products. Headed to Lowe’s.
