They could care less about customers. All of sudden they require Medicare recipients to pay upfront. No alternative options for individuals on a fixed income that rely on insurance for needs such as this one!

Very Sweet lady on phone, rude person in back ground telling her what to say. Heard the snide remark about we all work. I'll take my business elsewhere. Shame that I have to experience this type of customer service when I am not feeling so confident with my hair. Empathy would have been nice.

I've been into Studio 1 twice now and both were amazing experiences. Caring, knowledgable staff with incredible products took me by the hand and got me exactly what I need at this point in my journey-- and they're ready and waiting to help me at the next step. I am so much more comfortable after getting their bras! Having the right bra for my current treatment, one that fits properly and is made of the softest material, make a huge difference.

They are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. I have mostly worked with Lori and Kim and can't thank them enough for the patience and kindness they have shown. They have made a difficult time better and I would highly recommend them.
