This place is awesome. Those guys are so quick and always helpful. They go fast but will slow down to answer whatever questions I’ve had. Thanks for being an awesome company by having awesome workers in the community.

Entire process worked well. Really my only comment ( and it doesn't really impact the location) is simply that the truck I rented was quite old ( 178K miles ) and the shocks were clearly terrible. Very, very rough ride. UHaul needs to upgrade their fleet and retire older vehicles. But the location was great, no complaints.

The staff was very polite and helpful. This is not an U-Haul dedicated office but another business affiliated with them. The staff couldn't address several questions and detected me to the U-Haul website and dedicated office.

We did mobile pickup for noon. We arrived and they close at noon, which is fine because we did mobile pickup. But we didn't receive instructions on how to get the keys for the truck. We were on the phone for 45 minutes trying to figure out how to get the keys. We finally got the code for the lock box for the keys, just to find out that the keys were not left for us. We had to call customer service again to figure out what to do since we still didn't have the rental truck that we reserved. We got hung up on twice when we were trying to explain what happened. Very frustrating and will not use U-Haul again.
