I have always enjoyed the staff here. Yes, just post covid they were short staffed (tired and overworked, they were THERE though!). The staffing and hours are much better now. The pharmacy techs always have a smile for me. The pharmacist Chelsea was especially kind and caring with my issue at the pharmacy last night (for HIPAA reasons, I cannot go into details). she tried AND succeeded to do her very best for me. Wonderful place!

This location clearly is disorganized, unprofessional and rude !! There is a reason there are so many 1 star reviews because 0 is not an option. I would recommend they do some serious training even other Walgreen locations say they receive so many complaints for this pharmacy!!! They are argumentative and not problem solvers, only claim it is the doctor office and not their lack of service causing the delay. They are unreliable- I cringed every time I had to have a script filled - I transferred my scripts, my sons and now my daughter I will drive 5-15 miles anywhere else than deal with this location - this is not an isolated incident- worst customer experiences EVER !!!!

Only giving two start because once I got my prescription there it was quick because it wasn't busy on the holiday. I called here multiple times to get a prescription transferred here because it was the only place around that carried it. When I first called the girl on the phone laughed when I asked to have this done they laughed at me. Very rude.

Thank you to Sherrena in the pharmacy for all her hard work at the front counter. Very patient and polite bringing a positive vibe to the pharmacy.

I have been going to this pharmacy for almost 4 years over the four years I have had several problems every month I have to call and remind them to change my one medication from generic to the name brand because my insurance does not cover that I told them could they please put it in their notes they still haven’t it’s been about four months prescriptions are never on time you have to be sick for medication you need for 3 to 4 days I went yesterday to pick up my medication I normally count it in the parking lot because it’s been short it before get home after sitting in line for over an hour and 15 minutes and it’s short so I called and they tell me I have to call tomorrow to talk to you a manager you’re telling me that there’s no one there that can fix his problem now the girl on the phone was not very nice told me that they count their medication twice I counted it 10 times it was still short Call corporate if you have any problems with your medication is being short because apparently they’re saying I’m the only person

Horrible. My children and myself have been shorted medication and now they forgot to put an entire bottle of medication in the bag that I was picking up and gave me a total different kind.

The only Thing I'm happy about with Walgreens is the fact that I will never use them again for their pharmacy. Across-the-board it doesn't matter what town, Niles Stevensville Saint Joseph, there is confusion and bad communication, stuff getting transferred around without you knowing, the techs never know what you're talking about the hours are weird the pharmacy drive-through is closed in st Joe , etc. etc. Just never again. CVS all the way!

I am a 23 year old cancer survivor. I had a rare genetic cancer called Embryonal Carcinoma. It is very treatable but spreads very easily. I have a testosterone androgel prescription that is currently the treatment I'm on to get my testosterone levels up as I've had 2 orchiectomies. My bottle ran out Sunday, normally I get a new one ahead of going empty but I had family in town and it slipped my mind. I had my Dr send a refill Sunday or early Monday morning. I called the St Joe location at 9:30am Monday morning (2/23/2022) and they explained the refill would be ready at 12:30pm to 1pm. I then called at 1:30pm and they explained it would not be ready for another hour and a half. I then showed up at 3:30pm and was told the testosterone gel was out of stock. The pharmacist assistant explained they could find another Walgreens that has it in stock, and have the pharmacist call them, and they would notify me what location to go to. Well 2 hours go by, and it is now 6pm. I have gotten no calls or texts regarding my much needed medicine. I then call Paw Paw MI Walgreens pharmacy myself, explain the situation, and the lady has my prescription ready in less than 35 minutes. The st Joe Walgreens pharmacy is a joke and they will lie to you over the phone just to get you off the phone so they can continue failing to be competent at their job. I am changing all my scripts to another pharmacy as soon as possible. I don't know what the deal is lately but Walgreens corporate office needs to do some serious auditing and get some better workers in their store at the St. Joe location.

If I could give them negative I would. Every single person that went up to the desk um thats not ready yet. And they turned it in day before. Stevensville meijer is where I will go now since they could get it refilled in 30 minutes.

I ordered a refill last week, since I only had a few blood pressure pills left. I appreciated the automated message last week letting me know my prescription would be filled this week. Since I live 17 miles away, I waited until noon on Thursday to save me a trip. No luck. I was told to come back in one hour. Giving them extra time, I returned in six hours. No luck. When I returned 24 hours later, I was told they had been busy. No luck at first; however, my final plea was successful. Three round trips totaling 102 miles. There are other pharmacies closer.

Made appointments to receive covid vaccine, arrived 10 minutes early, yet we had to wait in line behind customers picking up prescriptions just to check in. Meanwhile it’s been 45 minutes we have waited and still have not been called back for vaccines. I’d think they should have separate staff and window for vaccines if their offered by appointment.

I had a heart attack Tuesday the doctor said I beat the Widowmaker they called in my scripts at noon my brother went to pick them up at 4:30 they told him that they would be ready they're all new medications to me so I thought I'd call ahead so I can pay the fine folks they left me on hold for an hour and told me only three more callers in front of me for an entire hour and then disconnected me so then I drove over there line all the way out to the road so I went inside same thing I guess I'm not getting any medication for my stents tonight. I guess if I plug up oh well I guess I'm not that important poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service poor service and there's a lot of other people saying the same. I wouldn't shop here or advise you to shop here as a matter of fact tomorrow I'm going to call the hospital and ask him to transfer all of my meds to the CVS I don't have any problem like this down there they didn't ask me where I wanted it sent to they just sent it well it's the next day and here's the new update I still don't have my pills no one still answers the telephone I bet if I drive over there and be middle finger I'm out of the hospital a day and a half with a heart attack so I guess I'll load up and drive across
