The Benton Harbor-St. Joseph YMCA is a great place offering many good classes and programs. The instructors are knowledgeable and the personal trainers are very helpful, taking time with you and tailoring sessions to maximize results. They are encouragers of good character and resilience. Amenities include a very clean weight room, locker room, showers, a sauna, a pool, and a dance studio. The gym hosts fun activities like pickleball. The facility has undergone impressive renovations. For families, there is a top-notch preschool program with swim lessons and childwatch care available while parents workout. The caregivers receive good feedback. The YMCA also supports the community through programs like LIVESTRONG for those undergoing treatment or survivors. Member services staff are always very nice and helpful.

Great community services that you cant find anywhere anymore. Like morning care and after school care for little ones. Whatever happened to latchkey!
