We recently opened new accounts 6 to be exact after frustrations our local bank closing, and not wanting to drive all the way across town just to do some of the in person banking we do.Sonya was incredibly helpful.4 student savings 1 checking and another savings account later we are members of Commercial bank.Because of busy schedules we were not all able to attend the same day. So Sonya had all the paperwork ready, organized and 1 trip later we had 2 student savings and another savings and checking account setup. She even invited us to comeback on a Saturday where we completed the last 2 student savings account signups through drive thru!!!Thank you Sonya and Commercial Bank!

I go to St. Louis because of Sonya. She knows how I like things, she is always friendly, very knowledgeable, and always smiling. She is a very big asset to Commercial Bank, always willing to help and always willing to go the extra mile if needed.

The 2 tellers that were there today shortly after lunch did a fabulous job! There were several cars coming through the drive thru and several waiting at the counter as well as answering the phones. They never got flustered and greeted everyone very professionally :) I was quite impressed with their composure. Nice job ladies!!

I have been a customer of Commercial Bank since I was a child. I have always been treated very well and the staff at St Louis and Alma, (Wright Ave location) have always been so great. They go above and beyond to help me with my banking needs.

Savannah was very helpful when I was locked out of my online banking. Before I left the branch I was back in business. ALL of the people at the St. Louis office are fantastic, I can’t say anything negative about anyone there.

I have nothing but excellent service anytime, I have come in. They are always friendly and patient. I usually have some odd questions or circumstances iam dealing with. Online fraud, third party checks, big deposits, to you name it. The girls here help me anyway they can. If you want a bank no fees great service st. Louis commercial bank is the place. Just ask for Sarah Tina and Elizabeth will get the job done with a smile
