And they were able to do what a big technical company was unable to do. From now on if I need technical assistance services this is the place to go to. Everything that was on my old phone was perfectly saved to the new one. The only right information from Spectrum store was to go to a place that does a job that the big technical company could not. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them over Spectrum !!!”
