The staff; gracious and helpful.
(And our Stihl chainsaw cut our wood today, just like butter!)

Just left this store and the both the cashiers are incredibly rude. They made fun of my boyfriend for not giving them the price of the bolts. How about you have something to scan for that? Why is it the customers job to get the price for you? Very, very, very rude staff up front. Will not be back here ever.

Friendly staff who is always willing to help.
In particular today I came in with a stripped screw in a ceiling fan mount. Jay helped me get the screw out, size a replacement, and find the parts to take care of the problem if it happened again. Amazing service and saved me a serious headache!

I love this place! The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting, the staff are always helpful and kind, and there is a large selection of items ranging from home improvement to cute little knickknacks and gifts. I definitely prefer shopping here over big box stores.

Do NOT go to this ACE Hardware if you like decent customer service. If you can get the workers off their chairs or away from their private discussions you may be met with a condescending attitude. This is the most unpleasant place to shop. If you can endure their high prices be prepared to be met by the most unpleasant workers.

I always enjoy spending my time and money on smaller locally owned businesses. I got great products and excellent advice on a plumbing issue that would have cost me 100s if I hired someone else. DIY is so much easier with good businesses like Jungas!

Another great experience! I brought my Stihl chainsaw in for a repair and these guys are great. I got a call within a day letting me know that they found the issue and my saw was fixed and the cost was very reasonable.
