“I am very impressed with the service I received at Batteries Plus! I brought in a GameBoy Color cartridge that needed a new battery, fully expecting to drop it off and pick it up in a few days. Despite me showing up 10 minutes until close to drop the game off, one of the employees (I wish I got his name!) took the game to the back and had the battery replaced for me in about 3 minutes. The price was very reasonable, and game now works perfectly even though it is over 25 years old. All of the employees I spoke with were friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, and I am very grateful for their help! An extra thank you to the employee that fixed the cartridge for me!”
“10/10 the manager Cal is an angel she has amazing knowledge and the sweetest personality. I would drive out of my way to come back to this location for her. The company has a fantastic one here”
“I was having difficulty installing wiper blades I had purchased at O’Reilly’s and William figured out I’d been sold the wrong type for my vehicle. He showed me a couple of purchase options and then helped me install them. His product knowledge and customer service was fantastic. Thank you William!!!”
