I’m not sure what happened to the staff at this location but it has not been a good change. I’ve been going here for years and typically, the staff has always been nice and friendly and the drinks and food have been great. For the past couple of weeks, there’s been a woman working and she is NOT a happy person. She’s rude, her drinks are awful and she looks like she’s absolutely miserable and hates her job. It seems pretty obvious her attitude is rubbing off on the rest of the staff too. Bring the other employees back please!**Well it turns out that this new employee is actually the OWNER!! She was just as rude this last time as she’s been every other time I’ve encountered her. No smiling, no thank you, no have a good day…nothing. How sad**

Subpar at best. The customer service is always well below average. They act like the customer is such an inconvenience. I think I have heard "thank you, have a good day, etc" maybe twice when they hand me my coffee. Today I had the pleasure of driving through the smoke cloud of two employees sitting out back smoking, which you drive by after ordering through drive thru.At this point, I only ever settle for this place on rare occasions when it's the only option.

You've been fooled if you think you'll get breakFAST! Went in because drive thru was long and was immediately told that drive thru is priority. Until when? When it's empty?? SO slow and it can't be blamed on staff shortage because one of the three workers was just standing there! All I wanted was an almost $4 cup of coffee.

The baristas that work here are amazing! I visit fairly often and they always seem to a terrific job! The atmosphere is amazing I’m always able to get my work done here when I visit!

Extremely disappointed by the less then interested woman at the drive through window. The website says this facility opens at 0530( they open at 0600).When I arrived at 556 I explained that the website says 530. She simply stated "we'll have to fix that" and shut the window on me?????.Nothing more nothing less.In today's world kindness and a smile go a long way.I won't support poor manners or a seemingly bitter, grumpy woman.

They are always so friendly and smiling... my kids are spoiled on "magic milk" so we visit frequently. They pretty much know me now (?) but treat me like it's my first great experience every time and my coffees are ALWAYS correct and

First I would like to say I frequent this location a lot, but after this experience I will never go here again. I ordered my usual latte with a bagel. The coffee that was handed to me was completely cold. I expressed this to the employee at the window and she said to “keep it” and they proceeded to make me a new one. A few minutes later another women came to the window and handed me the replacement saying “give that a whirl”. I could feel that it was actually hot this time and drove off. I decided to eat my bagel while my latte cooled down, only to open it and find out that it was not what I had ordered. Oh well, I ate it anyway. By this point, I noticed that holding my latte for any extended amount of time resulted in me nearly burning my hand. I’m assuming that they microwaved it after making it because it was scalding hot. I ended up throwing it away 45 minutes later because it had still not cooled down to a drinkable temperature. I know I asked for a latte that was actually hot but this was ridiculous.This was on 12/02/23 at 10am

I think the health inspector needs to visit this location. Just went through the drive through watched as the car in front of me got my drink. Watched the service person grab it back and set it on the table next to her. I go to pull up and ask her if that's the drink the previous person just grabbed and opened. Was told "no" with a smile, as I clearly watched her through the side window. Probably will be my last time going to this location... I'll drive an extra mile just not to get contaminated food and be lied to about it.To add to it... The lid was dirty from the other person opening it up and seeing it's not their drink ?If that's how they do business, I do not want to be a part of it at the saline location. I live in saline, so very disappointed I now have to drive to a different location where this kind of service is not practiced. Thank you!

Friendly + attentive staff. Very clean environment, food and coffee are always delicious. I tend to ask for a lot of modifications and they always nail it! I especially love their Golden Honey latte with oat milk. Wednesdays has a latte special!

UPDATE: New owners have really stepped the place up. Service was even better and, as a bonus, speedier! I like that they give you receipts again (without asking).ORIGINAL: Friendly staff, slow service. At least in the drive through. Tim Hortons down the road moves much quicker. But they get my order right everytime, the first time, so I cannot complain!
