I came to Briarwood Ford as a first time car buyer interested in a vehicle I found on their online inventory. I was very, very happy with the service I received. My salesman was Karl Dyke, and he was great! I had a lot of questions which I sent via e-mail and left voicemails. Karl promptly responded to all of my questions politely, despite the fact that these were probably common sense to most buyers. He handled everything quickly, and was very courteous about delays due to my timeline. From start to finish, this experience was made easy and pleasant and I never felt any apprehension or doubt during my purchase. I am now the proud owner of a Ford Fusion at exactly the price I requested. I would highly recommend Karl and Briarwood Ford.

I set up a time to look at a vehicle the day before with one person (11:30 am). Later that day I left a message requesting a confirmation call regarding the appointment (5:00pm). Hearing nothing the next morning, I called and spoke to a second person who re-assured me that there would be someone there to show me the car (10:30am). I left my home around noon. After driving an hour and a half I received two consecutive calls at 1:30 and 2:00 pm and a voicemail from the salesperson asking to "go over a couple things." I did not get an answer when I returned the call at 2:44 when I stopped for lunch near the dealer (no cell phone while driving) so I left a voicemail. This voicemail was not returned. When I showed up at my scheduled time (3:30, almost an hour after my voicemail) I was politely informed that the vehicle was sold the prior day and politely informed me they had other inventory I might be interested in. They had an excess of 12 hours to notify me that a vehicle was not on their lot before I drove a single mile. They left an ineffective and at the same time predatory voicemail. This situation had poor business practice written all over it. I would expect this from private used car lot, not a dealer. I do not plan on attempting to do business with this dealer again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I called Briarwood Ford to help with me with my lease turn in when another dealer in the area wouldn't help me. I'm really appreciative for the help I received from them, otherwise I would have had to drive over an hour to turn my car in!
