I had been looking around for a new Mach E in a very specific color/trim for a few days and came across one online at Briarwood Ford. I had the pleasure of being connected with Kevin Williams who made the process incredibly smooth. He was able to ensure that I got all available incentives, and then personally came and delivered the vehicle to my home… and I live about an hour away! He took the time to really make sure I knew how it worked as this is my first EV. Now that is fantastic service. I would happily recommend Kevin and Briarwood Ford to anyone! The attention to little details is something that seems to lack today. I try hard to provide that to my clients, and appreciate when I see it.

Facts: bought a used car at the start of the year and Briarwood put in a new battery. About 6 months later the battery fails. Briarwood was going to charge over $500 for a new battery. I said it should be covered by the dealership. They cut my bill to just under $300. I continued to protest. For weeks the service person I dealt with told me he would get a refund for me. Then it turns my service person no longer works for Briarwood. I asked again about the refund and was told NO. This is terrible customer service. BTW the new battery has a 3 yr warranty but no luck with the one they put in when I bought the car. Be very careful with these folks. Last time I bring my business to Briarwood. Buyer BEWARE!!

Made and appointment for car repair, then after leaving my car for 2 full days with the service team. The only work done was they made me a second key. I made the appointment 2 weeks out for transmission work, for suspension work. Then to be told we can’t look at it until Monday. WHY make an appointment to have a technician available only to arrive and then NOT have the technician available. You lost a costumer, I will drive farther to get a company that respects my time.

First time buying a vehicle from Briarwood, and we were very happy with our experience. Kevin Williams was fantastic to work with and made the process very smooth and painless, and he made us feel like we were his top priority. This experience definitely wasn't a chore like other car-buying experiences we've had. The finance staff was great to work with as well, again, smooth and painless. They also have great inventory, so it was nice to be able to see/experience vehicles in person and have a selection to choose from, and ended up with exactly what we wanted. Would 100% recommend Kevin and Briarwood for your next car/truck.

One of the finest and smoothest car buying experience I've had. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Williams on purchasing my vehicle; he was very patient and accommodating of my hectic schedule. The sales team that I interfaced with when Kevin was on his day off had been extremely respectful of him and of me. I couldn't have asked for a interaction and relationship while purchasing a new vehicle. I can't say this enough: they are respectful of your time, show empathy, and do not force anything on to you that you are not comfortable with. I was able to get a service appointment more quickly at Briarwood Ford than other local car dealers. My service advisor, Andrea, was very helpful. She started by riding with me to observe the problem and was correct with her diagnosis. I’m very pleased with the service I received from the Briarwood Ford team.

I just purchased a 2023 Bronco Sport from Briarwood Ford. My salesman was Kevin Williams and if you want someone to go above and beyond for you, this would be Kevin! Kevin got the color I wanted and options.(thank you Kevin’s manager for getting it so quickly.) all this was done via the telephone. This transaction was painless and quick! If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worse dealer for service. To start I had an appointment at 10:30am on a Wednesday, I did a night drop with the vehicle on Tuesday night. They did not look at the truck until Friday morning, I had to call them asking for updates. Finally came to a conclusion Friday evening to find out they are going to charge $112 just to tell me the wheels needed to be balanced. On top of the $113 they wanted an additional $265 for remove mud from the rims, news to me a dealer can charge $368 to balance two wheels, absolute insanity seems like they’re taking their customers for a ride. I honestly feel bad for whoever would pay this amount money for such a simple service, as this dealer service center is clearly willing to take advantage of their customers. After hanging up with the “service advisor,” I called a local tire shop to get pricing on wheel balancing and guess what, it is $10 per wheel, not $265. I will drive out of my way in the future to avoid this service department at all cost. Please do better and stop taking advantage of YOUR clients, whom should be your #1 priority.
