I went in to purchase the CVS Brand of \"Sudafed\" and when I saw the Pharmacy looked slow, I asked for the RSV Vaccine. The PA was BEYOND sweet and polite and said \"no problem. While I waited for the vaccine, I purchased the Sudafed and the cashier was VERY kind! When receiving the vaccine, she was so quick and comforting.

I was treated rudely both at the pharmacy register and at the drop pharmacy drop off. I was vaccinated at 6:50 for a 6:30 appointment.

Met a new pharmacist today in the store! So friendly, kind and professional! What a difference he makes behind the counter, Pharmacy technicians even seemed to be happier working though their very busy day with him! Thank you for extra time and effort filling my prescription!

Very rude pharmacy staff; unprofessional over the phone with minimal communication. There is no reason to immediately have a blatantly vexed demeanor at the start of a conversation without provocation.

Go somewhere else to get your vaccines! I got the flu and covid vaccines this week. The tech was rude, and he insisted it was CDC guidelines to give both shots in the same arm when I balked. I talked to a Mich Med nurse today, and found out it's the opposite. They should be put in separate arms.

If you are looking for reasonable customer service stay away from this CVS. I had scheduled a vaccine appointment and received a confirmation email. When I arrived for my appointment and showed my confirmation email the Pharm Tech told me, "You don't have an appointment". I showed her the email again, confirmed the date and time and asked if I'd done something wrong. She just walked away and another Pharm Tech came to the window, got my info and said, "You don't have an appointment". You get where this is going.... I showed him my confirmation and he would not make eye contact or even acknowledge me. I asked if I could make an another appointment while I was in the store. He said you have to do it on the app. I said, you mean the app that I just made the appointment on, which didn't work? He deadpanned, "yes". Finally I said, look, I've worked in retail, what's going on? He said it's an absolute disaster. Many customers have had their appointments canceled and they don't know why. So, unless you want to rely on natural immunity you might consider getting you vaccine at Jenson's or somewhere else.

I echo the same review as everyone else, the new pharmacist Alex has an absolutely abysmal personality. He should probably just not be allowed at all to talk to customers. He's at the point now where he's just making things up.

Im switching to saline pharmacy. The only convenience is that cvs is open weekend but they cant even order my meds for refill in time. Always out of stock every month. Rude, indifferent and inpersonal. Common experience here.

Rudest pharmacy workers EVER. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Couldn't even tell me if a prescription was ready or when it would be ready. Ridiculous. Go to any other location. This place sucks.

As you can see from all the reviews below, This CVS pharmacy is hot garbage. These are the rudest and most incompetent people ever. They are beyond rude and do not care at all. We have watched them be rude to older people who seemed confused or whatever the situation was. I am so done with this trash place. Do yourself a favor and just go to Saline Pharmacy nearby

The people skills are so bad at this pharmacy I wish I could do no stars!!! I called with a simple question the guy Alex was rude said he was in charge kept cutting me off before I even asked my question. You get better service at McDonald’s and that’s not saying much!!

Hands down the worst pharmacy in the area by far. No calls or text about scripts being ready for pickup, no call or text about medication being out of stock, no help when you call to ask if there is another dosage that’s in stock, they just treat you like you’re drug addict. I will never return.

We have had several issues with this pharmacy and are finally done. To begin, any time to speak with someone there it’s like you are bothering them and they become rude that they have to do their job. My husband picked up my daughter’s medication that we have to get every 14 days and when I found out how much he was paying, I had him ask if insurance was attached and when he did the woman quickly said yes. I then called after he got home and found out that they never billed insurance the last 3 times and had to be refunded almost $60. When my daughters prescription was originally sent, she was a baby and had never had a medication before so instead of adding her to their system, they filled the medication in my sons name instead and I kept getting phone calls that his medication was ready when it was my daughters all along. Most recently, they couldn’t figure out how to bill my daughters medication after months of there not being an issue and told me I needed to call my prescription insurance. When I did that, I called back and he said I needed to call the prescribing doctor. I did that and it was still an issue so I switched to another local pharmacy and to no surprise, there was no issue. Everyone is always so short and seems to be miserable.
