I have used this place several times now. It's a 15 minute drive from my house. The check in app is amazing. I get my place in line as I leave my house. When I arrive I am either next in line or very close. They do offer walk in service, but my time off is short, days off few and gar between, and my days are filled with chores. Staff is always very friendly and professional. My haircuts are exactly what I ask for. The stylists are knowledgeable and will offer suggestions whenever you ask.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER! They kept begging me to come back to fix my hair. I had no time and I found other hairstyles who fix that for free. They refused to give the refund because they were so mad that someone offered me a free. Too bad. I won’t come back to great clips again. It wasn’t a first time to hear from my friend and shared get bad experiences for the bad haircut.

I asked not to make bangs too short. Cause when they dry they shrink. They are at least an inch above my eyebrows. I look like they put a bowl on my head and cut around it. The bangs were uneven. I had to straighten them. I ask to feather the sides on my face They were just cut off half way up my ear. I’m sorry I don’t usually complain but this cut was really bad

I've been coming to this Great Clips for many years, both for my son's cuts and mine. I had been going to the same barber for years, but once we moved, this became much closer and more convenient. I've been very pleased by my experience. The stylists are friendly, the store is always clean and orderly, and it's professionally run. I've been particularly impressed by Sara, who is the manager of this location. She is congenial and does a great job on my haircut.Franchises can be hit-or-miss, but I'm going to keep coming here as they have reasonable prices and have been consistent in their work.
