Jeff Kermath is an amazing real estate agent who impressively offers fantastic service at a flat fee. I had a very positive experience with the full service option. I photographed my own property and furnished details for the listing, and Kermath Realty quickly shaped the material into very professional and competitive listings for the MLS and major real estate websites. I made my own arrangements for showings, and there were several of them, but once a buyer was truly interested, Jeff took full responsibility for working with us and the buyers' agent on communications and negotiations. He was quickly responsive by email, often available directly by phone, insightful regarding strategy, and serious about staying on top of issues about our property. I never felt ignored or that my property sale was unimportant. He took matters in stride with a sense of good humor. I have no regrets about working with Kermath Realty with the full service flat fee option, and it did save thousands of dollars at closing. I highly recommend Kermath Realty.

I had a good experience with this flat fee listing service. Everything went smoothly, communication was quick (as requested, by email), and I saved over $7,000 compared to a traditional agent.
I’ve sold commercial properties on my own before, so I was comfortable making my own decisions. A flat fee service gives you exactly what it promises — MLS listing and support to move the process along — without the extras of a full-service agent. That worked well for me.
Overall, the process was efficient, responses were prompt, and I feel I made the right choice. For sellers who are confident handling their own strategy and just want reliable listing support at a fraction of the cost, this is a great option.

- I managed to navigate the sale of my first home with his $1000 service with some help from jeff
- Definitely a descent amount of DIY work for photos, pricing, etc. If you need someone to consistently talk things through id recommend paying the full 3% for a standard realtor

The service saved me over $30,000 in commission. Yes, you will need to do more of the work compared to a traditional agent; however, is this "work" you're required to do worth it to save thousands of dollars? Yes, it is! If you have any experience in the least with real estate, then you should 100% strongly consider this service!

Capable of listing a home but it comes with a lot of attitude. Rude to both buyers, sellers and inspectors and created unnecessary tension.
