Very disappointing experience today. My wife got a flat tire - i was helping her change the tire on the side of the road and came to O'Reilly's for lug nuts. I arrived right at 8pm (closing time) and the door was locked. I kindly knocked and asked if he would let me spend two minutes buying Lug nuts so I can get my wife's spare on her car but he refused to come to the door. He chose to make our night a lot harder than it had to be. A simple kindness could have made such a great example of customer service but instead I am so upset I will not go back.

I've been shopping here for years. This store has the very best customer service that I've ever experienced from any O'Reilly. I set up my commercial account with them, even though I drive past two other stores just to get there.

Both of the people working at this location 03/17/24 were very helpful, friendly, and saved the day! I needed coolant and I wasn't sure how to put it in my car and they both had me on my way. Definitely would recommend this location
