200 E Liberty St Lbby, Ann Arbor“Mark was helpful and friendly. I was out quickly, in 5 minutes. There were at least two employees there at 12pm on a weekday, and it wasn't busy.I came in to mail my package using a QR code to print out my shipping label. I didn't have tape at home, and Mark helped me tape up my package and add the HAZMAT sticker for the used electronics I was shipping. This USPS location has packing supplies for sale, a package dropoff slot inside the location if you don't need to do anything at the counter, and a drop box outside the location. It's also in a fairly convenient spot, since it's right next to the Downtown Library and the Blake Transit Center, so you can park in the several parking structures around/near the library or take a bus.”
“The guy who works there looks mean but is actually quite helpful and answers all questions patiently. USPS could do a better job of communicating restrictions and requirements.Things get shipped easy and quick”
“Was only one person at the counter, but dude was very efficient and when I got to the counter even though he couldn't do what I needed he went above and beyond giving me resources to do so.Would be 5 stars but I was in line for like 10 minutes, regardless dude was very very helpful”
