“A couple things I want to hit home on. I've used other printed services in the past, and these guys' print quality is unmatched. The colors pop, you can't tell in the picture, but in person the print quality is some of the best I've seen. The second thing is the attention to detail during installing. They used a cross function laser level to install on the X and Y axis.... this thing is perfectly level and centered. Would 100% recommend.”

I placed a complicated print order with several files and lots of cropping and different paper weights, and not only did he call to clarify and make sure everything was done right, he stayed open past his typical hours so I could pick up everything after my flight landed in DTW. The whole team is friendly, accommodating, and very detail-oriented. As a student, coordinating orders on my own is complicated. But Underground Printing assisted our ordering process by uploading our designs and creating a website so students could buy their shirts. Mr. Danny Szopo was super welcoming when I first contacted him, and he was easy to communicate with until we had to pick up the shirts. “The UPS Store at 4077 Carpenter Road, Ypsilanti, MI, provides excellent service. There is never any wait. If the counter person is busy, another employee rushes up to help the customer who just walked in. Tamara, Sharieff, Cozette, Logan, and Emillio are super happy, friendly and efficient. “This store does a tremendous amount of work with limited resources. I've personally never had any issues shipping anything here; my go to. Hard-working, by-the-book, and respectful employees. Suprised by the low rating... Edit: Some of the other reviewers complain about the issues when returning Amazon packages... I had a similar experience but when it was explained to me, I took the time to understand and correct my mistake before coming back with the return boxed up. UPS is not Amazon... people forget that and take it out on these guys. Read the return instructions and you'll have no issues.”
