“I LOVED working with Jerry Smith from Workhorse Realty. I was living with my fiance, and we decided we wanted to sell his house and buy a larger one together. I've had my eye on Workhorse since the company opened. They did AMAZING remodeling work on a few houses I noticed, especially the red house across the street from their office. I requested an agent for more information about a house we were looking at and got Jerry. The first time meeting him was an absolute pleasure. Jerry is friendly, social, relatable, and overall very professional. We ended up selling our old home through him first, and he was very detailed. His recommendations and guidance helped us get what we wanted for the house. When we were buying through Jerry, he was always very up front and honest with us. He picked up on every detail we were looking at and would jump in to help us understand things or find us something we want. I was VERY picky, but he didn't mind it at all and let me control what I wanted to see and didn't question my picky needs. When we found the home we wanted, there were issues with the seller, but Jerry handled a lot for us to make it a smoother transition/transaction. He genuinely cared about what we wanted both as a seller and a buyer. This was my first experience as a home buyer and my fiances second. My fiance said compared to his past experience, Jerry went above and beyond and showed care that a lot of realtors didn't seem to have. My fiance said in the past realtors he worked with didn't seem to focus on him and he didnt have their undivided attention, so it never felt like they were looking out for him nor did he feel like an important customer. With Jerry it was totally different. Jerry made sure to give us his undivided attention when with us unless it was a major call, and even then he would make a call very short. At the same time though, any time we called or texted him he answered almost immediately and would be on the call with us until whatever we were calling about was sorted. I don't know how he does it! I would have reviewed sooner, but the seller dragged out some repairs we agreed to and didn't resolve them until 3 weeks after closing. I was shocked and very happy though as Jerry made sure to keep tabs on our situation after closing until we were fully satisfied and had all repairs from the seller completed. That's dedicated work right there and something you don't just come across every day.I also had the pleasure to work with Ed a few times during this process. Ed was extremely professional and kind. We talked a lot about Workhorse Realty's influence on Milan and I was able to express my excitement in working with them. I think what Ed is doing is a great thing and am so happy Workhorse is in Milan. This city has so many amazing local businesses that I am happy to refer.
