We have rented from them off and on for the last 5 years. Currently we have three spots. Prices are good, no security issues and Area kept clean. Recommend them for your storage needs, when you can get a spot.

Horrible service needed 24 hr access was told I could get it because of being a business then they lie and keep my money saying we need to send u a check for your refund stay away if u plan on running a small company.No 24 hr access how am I gonna make ant money working 6 to 10 pm. We have used this storage facility for years. The prices are low, the office is always nice and helpful, and we have never had an issue. Monthly payments are easy to make online as well.

I have been a customer for years now. It is very well maintained. The property is fenced in and well lit. It is also monitored with a security system with cameras. The thing the really makes it stand out though is the staff and management. Ed is absolutely incredible. He will work with you on anything you may need and really makes you feel like family. He knows pretty much all of his tenants by name and really goes the extra mile. You absolutely can't beat the price for what you are getting.

We've had units here for several years. Prices are better than anywhere around. Staff is friendly and professional. Lots are always clean and snow removed promptly. I highly recommend Sauk Trail for all your storage needs.
