The manager Andrew Trainer was a massive help to me! My wife's van broke down and when I brought it to the store he helped me look at it and new exactly what was wrong and helped me buy the right parts to fix it up quick. Then later I went back in and told him I needed a battery jumper for the van in case of emergencies and he helped me pick out a good one that my wife could use in dire situations. Was excellent service and very friendly staff all around

When to purchase a cabin air filter it cost over $30. I purchased it right then because I needed it. Went home just to check the price on prime it was $9. what a ripoff.

Advance Auto Parts in Sandusky charged me 177.00 to borrow a tool and would not return my money when I brought it back. They told me it's thier policy. They are crooks!!!

The manager is not very educated in auto parts and tried selling me a used part at full price and would not discount it. So I ask do you not have a new part ? He said yes and I asked why he didn't bring me a good part in the first place. The man helping me was kind and asked the manager for a discounted price because of the damage and the manager refused. Didn't hurt me none as I was there to buy a new part and not a used part. The lack of education and care is what bothers me. Plus they up sold me another part because there inventory is not properly listed online.

Has a UPS drop off package needs to have a label on it they can't scan the qr code and print them.
