“The team at Sandusky Auto & Performance is the absolute best! They do great work at reasonable prices in good time. I’m always confident that the repairs they make are necessary and done right. Twice over the past several years they have discovered that needed parts/repairs were under warranty and have directed us to cost savings that we would otherwise never known about.”

“Absolutely top notch service at a great price! I just recently had serious brake issues and called there at noon-ish hoping to be able to get in and get fixed as I can't be without a vehicle. The owner answered and I explained my situation,(I was in town, caliper seized and another leaking) he told me bring it right in. Within 15 minutes of dropping it they were pulling it into the shop. I'm not sure how many vehicle services they had on the schedule that day, the parking lot was full of vehicles though. My truck was done Within two hours though! ? This was my first experience with them and I was not disappointed. Way to go Potter's!! ????You have earned a return customer!”
“Always great service, never really had too wait they get you right in pretty quick and friendly staff, price is reasonable also ? we always go here and will continue too!!”
“Got a half dollar size ding right in drivers field of view. Very helpful young lady at front desk reviewed and sent out 2 gentleman to concur. The ding is to large to treat effectively. They said they could try 2 times, but unlikely to work, could worsen. Didn't push sale but advised total replacement. Very helpful”
“I have done business here off and on when I'm in this area. Every single time, the staff is very professional, know and understand my certain problem, and are fair and get the job done right. Usually it's a trailer issue, this time I was low on oil. I had to park the truck a bit far from the door. I'm partially disabled, I walk with a cane. Walking through the gravel lot plus the heat, took its toll on me. I was thinking how am I going to lug 2 gallons across this?
Anyhow the staff told me to drive my truck up to the garage they will fill it for me. I didn't ask about that. What a awesome service! Thank you all who helped me! You guys rock!”
“They did a awesome job doing the drivers door and panel on my truck! They work with the Insurance agents also. They even cleaned up the inside of it.
Exceptional job.”
“I requested a specific high mileage pure synthetic oil and filter. He made a special trip to pick it up for me. When he changed the oil and filter, he kept the engine and everything clean. Nice job. Thank you”

“I bought this Harley Davidson 2018 FLHXS STREET GLIDE SPECIAL. Ron made this process very easy. He answered all of my questions, made sure I was comfortable with my purchase, and went above and beyond to make the experience a good one. I’m extremely happy with my motorcycle and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a bike.
Thanks to the entire team and Ron for making the experience such a great one! I’ll definitely be back in the future.”

“Great if not best place to take your RV for repair Work. They do specialize in GMC Motorhome , Ford and workhorse chassis recreational vehicles. We took our GMC motorHome there to have brakes worked on, new GPS radio with blue tooth installed and new air lines installed to safely fill suspension air bags. Special thanks to Steve, Eric and Terry. Yes there 100 miles out of Detroit but well worth the trip and money/ price saved, professional and technical knowledge and let's not forget workmanship. Those 3 alone have almost 100 years experience. I had owned a GMC Motorhome over 25 years ago and there still there which says a lot.”
