Got a half dollar size ding right in drivers field of view. Very helpful young lady at front desk reviewed and sent out 2 gentleman to concur. The ding is to large to treat effectively. They said they could try 2 times, but unlikely to work, could worsen. Didn't push sale but advised total replacement. Very helpful

Good customer service and quick to get in for an appointment to get my rear window replaced. Unlike Safelite that I couldn't even talk to a real person and are booked for weeks out. So much happier that I went with a locally owned business.
