The girl that answered my phone call when I had an issue with a water bottle I had bought that didn't have the top literally hung up on me. I knew they were closing soon and asked if I could exchange it or return it and get a new one told me no because they were closing soon. I said I'm in the parking lot and she hung up on me. Literally worse customer service for her.

Can't get past the bottle return, which is never working or blocked up with people pulling multiple $25 max returns tickets. And, one Port Huron employee told me it's Federal law that you can't take bottles into store. Ridiculous! No such law exists!Walmart, fix this! It's the same at EVERY store!Today, I again walked out without shopping. Waste of time! No savings here.

worst walmart yet they sold me a card when im clearly under 18 which i put 100$ on and they decide to tell me that i need to put a f****** if and last 4 digits of my social security number they some weird a** mfs i stg

This has to be the worst Walmart I have ever been to. It's not very clean, their employees aren't helpful or even knowledgeable of what the store has on its shelf. Oh and here's the big one, if you want to buy a can of spray paint and you have a teenager with you then your not Allowed to buy it cause you could give it to the kid! WTF

This store is clean and the help is friendly, but they have so many missing items from their shelves that it reminds me of stores which are planning on closing. I don't know if Covid19 has disrupted the supply chain or if our issues with China are creating this issue, but it's hard to shop here, because you never know if they will be out of stock. It's just a shame because it's the closest large retailer near our home.

Poor customer service, slow, hard to find anyone that knows where items are located, and just overall the worst thing that could happen to a small town. I would recommend buying goods off Amazon or small businesses that actually care about their customers. They have a 15 day return policy on air mattresses that is not posted anywhere in the store but a small sheet of paper hanging on a wall that the customer service representative couldn't even read. I brought back an unused air mattress after 17 days and they would not give my money back or even a store credit. Avoid shopping here and support local businesses!!!
