Dropped a screen door off for repair around 9:00am Thursday July 11th. I was given the impression from the young man working that it would be a few hours. The next day at 2:30pm, I called and asked for an update since I was given the impression of a few hours and not a few days. After a few minutes of being on hold I was told that it’s done and ready for pick up. As I was paying for my screen, the workers were making the comments that Bob had finished the screen yesterday, not a single apology from anyone about not being called. I was too mad to push the issue about not receiving a phone call nor an apology. I simply will go elsewhere from now on.

My Father and myself have gone here since 1980..very reliable and freindly staff,owner is super man to me he came out himself to get my water heater going..dad passed last year so its difficult to find help with such things..thankyou so much Sanford Hardware?
