I have gone 2 or 3 times ,and shipped out my packages 📦.
Now please note ,I have shipped out packages before .
I own my own company .
So this post office 🏤 clerk is always on location when I go .
This Post Office has the small white post office envelopes in the inside of the office .
Where it's hard for 1 too reach and get 1.
So I asked him for 1.
He then replied that their were some brown ones behind me .
Which I could purchase !
Say what ????
I want the 1 that the Post Office
provides !!!
Why is he denying me this white free envelope from the Post Office ,I ask ???
I know what I am asking for and am well aware of what I do !!!
What the 🌎 world is wrong with this male guy, that is working at this Sanford ,Post Office I ask???
I would rather go into another little town like
Linwood,Michigan where everyone is treated with respect .
Not one of these individuals that works at this Linwood ,Post Office has disrespected me or treated me as if I don't know what I am doing !!!!
What is wrong with this male ???

Okay so today 8/22/2025, I called about my informed mail delivery and Sanford post office gave me a line of bull saying that it can take up to week. If that's the case why do I get emails everyday I'm supposed to have mail. They need to get someone reliable to deliver our mail. Plus last week I got my neighbors water bill

Like others, we regularly get the neighbors mail. We have resorted to putting a sign up asking packages to be delivered to our front porch, Not in the garage not in front of the garage but to the front porch/door. Today I realized I had a packaged delivered yesterday and even though I picked up a package from the porch it was not the one delivered by USPS. Turns out they delivered in front of the sign that says "please deliver to the front door/porch". This is at least the third time since the sign was installed. I realize its not a fun job, but when directions are explicitly stated and regularly ignored its frustrating. I'm just glad my items were not ruined sitting outside overnight.

For more than 22 years we have bought and sold on ebay for a living and have used the sanford USPS as our primary shipping service. We have processed to date 358,508 items during that time span. On ebay buyers give you detailed seller ratings of 1 to 5 stars. We have always maintained 5 star ratings in these 2 categories Shipping speed and reasonable shipping cost. Thank you a million times Sanford post office you have made a difficult task fun and easy. You have remained my first choice for a shipping service for a very long time.

I'm slightly conflicted-we get the wrong mail on a daily basis, and my neighbors very often get my mail. Not to mention all of our mail that's been lost. I've gone in with a handful of letters addressed to someone else, that arrived in my box instead. So I've definitely let them know there's an issue. It's the worst mail service I've ever had, including 3 different states.However, the people at the counter are wonderful. They're always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The mail carriers are what makes the world go round though, and they suck.

Always friendly when I bring in a lot of prepaid packages. 1000 times faster than the Midland post office for drop offs.

Keep sending mail back saying there is no receptacle. We have a mailbox the lot number is right on the front of it. I will be contacting the administrator on this issue for the second time.

We (successfully) shipped almost 300 packages at this little post office in December and were greeted with a smile every time we showed up. Super impressed with the way they handled what looked like at least a thousand packages every day! Thank you for a wonderful shipping season and for all of your hard work.

I am not very happy with Sanfords post office at all. My mail DOES not get to my house until 7pm at night. And I have not gotten mail yesterday or today at all. I will be calling tomorrow morning and talking with a manager. They need to get this figured out or get a different mail person!!!!

Mail carrier crams package into mailbox bending the package. The door is 30 feet away driveway is clear of ice and snow. This is just ridiculously lazy on carrier's part.
