What a unique find in a tourist town! An old time fully stocked kitchen supply store???

Great burgers. Great Fries. Friendly attentive servers. Nice views of the water. Only negative I encountered was they have Pepsi products and not Coke Products. We walked up on a Saturday night for dinner, and they were about a 20-30 minute wait, and they did get us a table at the promised time. I did like the yelp waiting list where I could actively view my place in line for those waiting to be sat. Ambiance inside the restaurant was lacking.

Went in because they had a sign about fresh baked cookies. At first we thought we were in the wrong place (it's a kitchen goods store) but you walk to the back and voila, fresh baked cookies. Kevin is the best. And the cookies are no joke delicious. $2 per cookie and worth it.

Some many neat things in this store! And then there are awesome cookies!

Stopped in here to check out the goods. Most of the stuff is overpriced. We are talking about hot sauce mini containers costing more than what you would see at a trade show. Fresh baked cookies (I am assuming they are fresh) are like 2 dollars a piece. I get that inflation exists, but I think many of the goods are unreasonably priced.

Cookies were delicious. Service was awful. We had family that had their cookies before and raved about them. The lady that waited on us was so rude. I said thank you and she gave no response. Slammed cash register door, gave a loud huff at customer asking for help. Just so unexpected in such a nice little town. Will not return or recommend.

If you need something for your kitchen, I promise you they have it. And the best brand/type! Loaded with unique dishes, ergonomic utensils, awesome cookie cutters, and a ton of yummy jams, dips, mixes, spices, coffees and teas. You could get lost in here and when I do, I don't mind one bit! A favorite store every time we are in Saugatuck. Great store to buy gifts for the person who has everything. Trust me, you'll find something they don't have here!

Super cute shop. Lots of fun stuff to try. Staff was very helpful going above and beyond. Prices reasonable even before considering you are in a tourist town.

Went here to pick up some pretzels for our 5 day stay in Saugatuck and walked out with more than just a bag of pretzels. Here was the damage: Hot sauce pretzel sticks, homemade tortilla chips, Chimi Changa salsa, The Butler's own habenero hot sauce, two different dip mixes to take home, caramels and some Michigan mints. They have a great selection of hot sauces, but I have to say, the habenero one tasted more like tabasco. There's lots of kitchen gadgets to look through. We were also offered a sample of vanilla coffee in the back. He was super nice and I regret not throwing a bag of those coffee grounds with my final purchase.

This place has all your kitchen essentials and all your kitchen-funsentials too! I love staying at one of the cottages around the corner and improving their kitchen equipment with daily trips to the Butler Pantry. Oh and the cookies are spectacular

Quaint shop. Every kitchen gadget you could think of with soup mixes, condiments and wine sprinkled in. And oh, I got some of the best coffee there, blueberry crumble and White Ukrainian.
