Camp Saugapup is a unique, 4-acre, cage-free dog daycare located in the heart of Saugatuck. It offers a safe, well-managed environment for larger breed dogs to socialize and play freely in a fenced outdoor area that includes woods and grassy ground. The facility features a cozy indoor space that is kept very clean and comfortable for the dogs. With a maximum of only 20 well-vetted dogs at a time, the team ensures personalized attention and safety for each pup. The staff at Camp Saugapup is experienced, knowledgeable, and certified in pack management techniques and First Aid/CPR. They maintain a high standard of supervision, with at least two caregivers always present—well below the industry standard—to ensure safety and proper care. Dogs are thoroughly screened before joining playgroups, and the team goes above and beyond to keep the environment fun, safe, and engaging. Bella our golden loves camp! She gets so excited the moment she realizes it’s a camp day! And you can tell she has a blast by how tuckered out she is at the end of the day. Diane just does such a great job with curating a great environment all around for the pups to have a great day. 🤩

Love Camp Saugapup! Our lab Saffron has been going for several years now and it’s her favorite part of the week. She gets to have playtime, socialization, & naps snuggled up with the caregivers. Diane & staff have always been fantastic and they take great care of our pupper. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
