Great service and price. Tire low indicator light came on in South Haven. Filled it up, but only got to Saugatuck Blue Star exit before the light came on again. My husband was going to change to the spare tire, but Ihle was right down the road so we drove there. Young man helped us right away! He found the object that had penetrated the tire, repaired it and we were back on the road within 20 minutes! Highly recommend going here for your service needs!

Let's see. A year ago from the reviews i chose Ihle to replace the ignition coil on my vehicle. Which they did for $292. 53
Ignition coil $116.62
Shop supplies ? 28.13
Ignition coil remove and replace $79.20
Diagnose $60.
Plus tax is 292.53
Less than a year later the same problem occured and being under warranty i reluctantly took it back. Now they wanted to do more work and charge me a whopping $359.25 to replace 6 spark plugs. I declined. I went to pick it up and they have the balls to charge me another $60 plus $7.00 tax. You make an appointment and they do not take you right away. Because they always have someone eles from yesterday they have to finish up form yesterday. Family owned for 30+ years. They sure have it down pat how to screwww their customers. F this place. They can shove that money right where the sun don't shine. This comment is barely touched the surface of making me feel better wasting my 2 days of which cost me money there as well as their price gouging of $359.53. Up theirs!!

While vacationing in Saugatuck, Michigan, all the way from Saint Louis, MO, we unexpectedly needed a car repair. Luckily, we found Ihle Service, and they were nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were treated with the utmost professionalism and kindness. They immediately understood our situation and took care of the repair right away, allowing us to continue enjoying our trip without worry.
What stood out even more was their commitment to excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the part they installed turned out to be faulty—a rare occurrence and certainly no fault of theirs. But this is where Ihle Service truly shined. They went above and beyond to assist us in recovering the funds from the repair, demonstrating their dedication to standing by their work and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This is a generational family business, and it shows in their dedication, integrity, and the genuine care they have for their customers. We were blown away by the level of service we received. If you're ever in the area and need any kind of auto service, I can't recommend Ihle Service enough. They are truly the best, and we are so grateful to have found them!

My wife and I were visiting town and somehow picked up a utility knife blade in our truck tire. We made it to Ihle's on a wing and a prayer and a basically flat tire. Anthony and another gentleman tried to patch it but it could not be fixed. Anthony found us two new tires and had us fixed up the next day. We could not have been happier with the professionalism and helpfulness of all the staff there, especially Anthony and Amber. They were amazing. It's a great shop and I would not hesitate to return.
