  My son has been waiting to move in there for the last 2 months but he just keep getting the run around about his application I don't know whether or not they are discriminating or not but it sure seems like it with application process

  I called to fill out an application. When I called, she told me it was open. I just had to apply. 15$ app fee. When I went in she said there was a wait list. Different than what she told me over the phone.A friend of mine called asking for availability and she told them it was open. He asked if he applied today he'd get in within a few weeks, she said yes and she told him there is no wait list.So she basically just took my money and denied me residency. I just called and now the one I wanted isn't available, and she is "still going through applications". You get 1 star. I do not recommend. Do not give them your application moneyThey discriminate .

  I have never lived at these apartments, but with how they're treating my wife and I during this (now) 2 month application process, I have to give them a 1 star.On Feb 13, we went tow view the apartments they had available, as well as placed an application with our application fee. It is now Apr 4th when I'm writing this, and our application check still hasn't been cashed. We have called them 2 as well as returned to the office twice to find out what's going on, and each time the manager has acted like we were going to attack her or rushed us away claiming her computer was down.So far, the only excuse we've gotten is that she's getting to our application, but still has people from 2016 to review. So basically, unless you're willing to wait 2+ years to get into here, don't apply!
