It was a Saturday morning and I was on vacation and my engine light came on. I stopped in and they hooked my car up to the computer and gave me a diagnostic, checked the oil and helped calm my nerves. They let me know I could make it home without issue and were extremely kind the entire time. I so appreciate an honest business willing to help a traveler out.

Wow, this company does an amazing job. I’ve had two vehicles repaired at Saugatuck Collision, one after hitting a deer and secondly after hitting a turkey. The repairs were completed on time and repaired to perfection. Even repaired other incidental scratches and small dents, cleaned the truck inside and out. I highly recommend this business and would not hesitate to have them repair other damage if I ever had an accident or hit another fast critter.

You never called to validate authorization. You took a 3000$ estimate to 5000$ without my permission. And the vehicle is not even road worthy. You need to call us immediately.
