Was in the store shopping for a friends birthday and needed an opinion on an item so I took out my phone to send a picture and was rudely confronted by a sales associate about no photos. I was not able to get my friends opinion so I left and will never come back.

I love this store in Downtown Saugatuck. Absolutely beautiful inside. Friendly owner, Jess, and her sales associate who was wonderful but didn't catch her name. Beautiful selection and good prices for the quality. Hope to go back during the Christmas holiday and for some gift shopping (this time with my credit card!!). Beautiful mauve sweater I am considering before sold!

I was browsing and very interested in a beautiful bag. I pulled out my phone to text my husband about where we were. And that I was interested in getting the bag. The woman working there came over and told me no photos were allowed. It made me very uncomfortable. I was no longer interested in being in the store or spending any money there.

I used to enjoy this store, products and vibe included. Today as I was taking pictures to write a good review, a woman I assume to be the store owner stepped in front of my camera. She asked what I was doing, so I explained the review. She said she’d rather I not take any photos because now other stores are selling the same products, causing her to get rid of the home goods section. I was actually quite surprised at the lack of friendliness, but take that exchange as you wish.
