Very unfortunate for a store I was keen on visiting. Ultimately customer service was nonexistent. Apparently she didn’t want to be at work today, November 11, 2023 at 2:30pm.

Super cute items. Bought a $75 ceramic pumpkin and the staff placed the cord inside the lid causing the pumpkin to break. It was such a nice piece and now that I am 3 hrs away it’s unreasonable to return. Be careful when purchasing items here.

Visited the shop while on vacation and made a purchase of an ornament that we were happy to find. The gals working were less than friendly and seemed more annoyed that we had our 2 teens with us who didn't touch anything and merely shared what they liked etc. Poor way to represent your business to those who come in to shop.

Tucks is a great shop for fine European ornaments. John and his staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. If what you want is not in stock it’s easy to order them if they are available.

I had a wonderful time looking at all the beautiful ornaments, also Barbara was super kind & helpful!! I only wish the ornaments came with a box, I was visiting from another state and wanted to gift it to a friend and having a box would have been so useful!!

Yes, there is a store in Saugatuck that is all Christmas ornaments. Entirely. You can buy your holiday decorations in the heat of July during the middle of the week. Vintage bulbs, new ones, sports, food and movie themed and many traditional. Some moderate priced and some are high. They will wrap everything up for you. They also sell some confectionary and some larger Christmas decorations. Service is good. Social distancing in place. Clean and safe. Right on Butler street.

We were in Saugatuck this weekend and found this store and their customer service amazing! Thank you for being so kind, cleaning my bracelet, and showing me how to do it myself. I love the personal touch that brick and mortar stores like yours offer. I will most definitely be back.

My daughter and I recently visited Saugatuk. While there we stopped in to the Christmas Shop where we purchased several ornaments. The shop had some very nice Christmas ornaments and decorations. The woman who was working that day was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this shop if you're in the area.
