Needed stamps so came here. They do not have a stamp machine and no one was working despite being there during open hours. I’d go to another post office if you need stamps.

The postmaster changed my
“ individual” change of address to business even though I’m not a business. Now I haven’t received my mail at my forwarded address for over one month now!! Still trying to fix this!! Been to post office 3 times since, and now they say I have to do it again!!! I too, am getting upset!!! I now have to go back again!!!!

Postmaster completely bizarre. returned mail that was addressed properly and 7.75 stamp on it because tape was touching the tiny white edge of stamp. Not on body of stamp. It was important mail that they caused to be late . I am going to show it to post office in my area and try to get postage cost refunded. No wonder people do not trust the post office.

I've used the Saugatuck post office since 2011 and have always had positive experiences, with helpful caring employees who provide useful and accurate information.

Completely rude and unprofessional postmaster at this post office. She makes up her own rules contrary to what is on the official USPS site.

They no longer allow packages to be sent to home addresses, and if a package isn't picked up in 10 days, they send it back to the seller. If either of these things happen, your order will drive right past your front door before being shipped away and you'll either not get any money back or need to pay for shipping AGAIN. Completely ridiculous. If you can, just get a mailbox.
