Dealt with them twice and they never fail to disappoint me. Called and they told me they had the rental tool available, so I go there and they tell me it is reserved for someone else in 2 hours. That would have been great information to share on the phone but customer service isn’t their strong suit. No wonder big box retailers are putting these places out of business.

I went in earlier to get a simple can of Butane fuel and both cashier in the back (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) and Steve were super helpful! It's nice to have a spot on the Spruce St. Island where we can still get good in person service and hardware products.

10/10, I'd take my business to them! Helpful in everything I have needed. When they say "Ace, the helpful place"...they 100% mean it! Staff members are wonderful and friendly and I'll absolutely be returning for future projects!
