Had a great experience at the AT&T store in the Sault, Adam and his sidekick Will did an awesome job getting me set up. Switched from Verizon and went to AT&T for the firstnet coverage. It was fast and they are friendly. Very big supporters of First Responders! Explained everything well! Thank you!

We had a very bad experience, my daughter disconnected a phone number, got a new phone for her personal phone, two different numbers. The sales rep, William, was not paying attention to what he was doing and charged the new phone to the disconnected number which has caused us to have an $1000 phone bill. We have been trying for 10 days to get this straightened out with no luck. Very little help from the store or manager. This was not a billing issue it was the way it was put into the system. If you go to that store, deal with Chris, at least he knows what he is doing. I just hope someone else doesn't get screwed over

The service in this store was fantastic! AT&T customer service on the phone gave us nothing but grief for 2 weeks but these guys completely rectified the situation and got us connected and on our way in the time it took for us to talk to the AT&T customer service line ONE time and we talked to them on the phone for over 8 hours over 2 weeks in 6 different phone calls and they really screwed everything up. All the people in this store were nice, helpful and really understanding of all we had been through. We would go back here!!! Thank you!

AT&T towers were down at the time I went on the first 2 days of this issue. They did what they could given the circumstances. I went back on day 3 when service was back working. Darren & Adam provided excellent customer service for me. I have purchased my Apple Smart phones at this store, they do excellent work.

Purchased 2 phones end of March. Supposed to be set up on first net system. Guy that sold us phones got "busy " with other new customers and I ended up programming phone. After 2 months phone bill was x2 what it was before because acct wasn't set up right, 2 1/2 hrs with customer service, huge reduction in phone bill, good thing because now 1 of them doesn't work. Another 30 minutes and got disconnected. Talked to store and said we have to come in, 60 miles 1 way.

My mom is not tech savvy in the least and our AT&T sales rep (Chris) helped her with the purchase of her new phone and watch. He took a great deal of time showing her all of the features and functions she wanted to know about and made sure she was comfortable with navigating each item before we walked out of the store. Now that I am in the market for an upgrade, I will make it a point to deal with Chris as well. Kudos AT&T for hiring such stellar employees.

Needed technical assistance with transferring to new phone. Without hesitation the staff fixed the issue within minutes. Completely professional, technical knowledge was great - couldn't have been better.

Very poor transition from my previous carrier. Was told that I was on autopay but got a collection call from AT&T. I was then that I was told that it would take 2 to 3 billing cycles to get auto pay started. And that I was supposed to remember to go online to check my billing and make my payments. I asked if they could send me a notice. They said they could not. Very bad customer service. The sales staff was great. The billing issues are terrible.
