Went to the Sault St. MARIE LOCATION AND HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITh the store ManagerAdam as he processed an upgrade for me and also intme to some terrific accessories. Chri@ and Damian were also super helpful! What great service! Our favorite store!

Customers beware!! Rant! I went to the ATT store in the Soo to switch from Tmobile to ATT. I was bringing four lines over. I was promised a promotional price of so much per line. They advised what my bill would be moving forward. After joining ATT I advised the promotion was rejected. I attempted to follow back up with the store and was told to call customer service. Customer service attempted to apply the promotion but it was rejected again. I called the store again and a guy stated he would sign me up for a union to get me the discount and he would resubmit it. I was then notified that it was denied. I then called the store and spoke to Adam. Adam advised if I drove into the store he would resubmit it but it was no guarantee. I asked him why I needed to come into the store and he said because that's his policy. When pressed further about it he hung up on me. I called ATT customer service and was advised I would not qualify for the discount I was promised. I am writing this to let people know they are promising things they can't deliver and then when they get called out they drop you. They are not practicing good business practices. I would advise going to another store and not give any business to this place.

I have been a life long Android user and had always used a prepaid plan. I became fed up with poor service so I came into the Sault Ste Marie store with my daughter. We received wonderful service from Macy. She helped my daughter get set up with First Net and I walked out with a brand new iPhone.Everyone in the store was great!

My elderly mother came to this store for assistance in registering into her email on her iPhone, which she purchased there. The manager told her that he was unable to assist her and attempted to sell her on a support plan. I called the store and inquired about in-store support. The manager informed me that they are not trained to provide help. A cell phone store that is unable to help their customers. Furthermore, my brother, who is also on her plan, just went into the store for a phone trade-in upgrade. Now my mother has received a $800 charge on her bill. I don't live in town, so I am unable to assist her in getting this resolved. I do not recommend that anyone comes to this location. I'm in the process of filing a report with corporate.

AT&T by far is not only the most reliable rural service for Northern Michigan, Sault Ste Marie area but also the most amazing customer service!I have personally dealt with Macy on three separate occasions along with all of the employees there in the years of service that I have been using AT&T and I am always impressed. Not only do they go out of the way to get you the best deal on a new phone or new line but they also, educate you on services that are available that would benefit your family that are more cost-effective than what you currently have. AT&T as a company I am also super impressed with when I call there I experience exceptional service feeling valued as a customer. Thanks again Macy for being so friendly, professional making me feel valued as a customer!

Awesome store! All staff are very helpful. Seeing people that are disappointed in the trade-in process should not hold this particular store accountable. They are only retail. And are not part of the billing.When I come in there they are always helpful and tell me what to anticipate. When there is an error on the billing or whatever, stop holding the authorized retail responsible for issues!5 star store!

Bought 4 phones from AT&T in soo Mi, sent back 4 phones for our credit and somehow they can’t fined one our phones. Went in to the store for help and got none whatsoever. The manager / owner told us to go to the AT&T store in Gaylord because he is not a corporate store. They will sell you a new phone and take your money but if you have a problem they will tell you to drive 1 1/2 to get it fixed. I can’t believe AT&T would sell this guy a franchise. They should do more research before they just sell to anyone. I will drive for my next phone because it won’t be bought there. Worst customer service I have ever had!
