I took my car to get a battery changed that’s all that was wrong with my car. They changed my battery and my car wouldn’t start they tried to figure out why my car wouldn’t start for 3 hours and 3 guys later and still nothing and there answer was it was my starter and I needed to by a new one and it wasn’t even a worker that told me that it was a 16 year old working on my car that’s not cool. so I had to have my car towed home and come to find out the only reason my car wasn’t starting is because they didn’t hook up the starter cable to the battery. They told me they had a mechanic on standby but no mechanic came to look at my car to actually tell me what the problem was so I wasn’t going to buy a starter just because they said it was my starter and good thing I didn’t. I will never go to this place again. It’s not that hard to pay attention to what you’re doing on someone else vehicle. Trying to blame me and say I’m the one who needs to figure it out was not okay and not taking any responsibility, if they wouldn’t have changed my battery I would have drove my car off the lot. Pay more attention to what your doing when working on a customers car or if you don’t know what your doing go get someone who can do it right.

My lady took her car in for a batterie change yesturday. They go ahead and swap it and apparently break a fuse. Did not have the fuse had to order it or pick it up. They install it in the morning and the car won't start and now they’re saying the starters broken and it’s not their fault. The car was running when we brought it and broken when they were done. I would like this to make sense but at no point did anyone explain one point why the starter would go out when changing the battery or fuse. Also they had 3 or 4 people running in and out poking at it and a lot of different answers to what was wrong. This is at no point an exaggeration I’m sure I’m missing quite a few details. Definitely cannot and will not suggest here for anything.

Aaron and Dave were extremely helpful when purchasing a 13 quart oil change, my girlfriend was picking it up for me and they even loaded it into the truck for her. Thanks dudes??
