I cannot thank Cooks for fixing my suburban so fast. I was here from out of town and they got my suburban fixed up (transmission) and on the road in a few days! They were prompt, professional and very friendly. Definitely will use again once I've moved here!

Beyond thankful for the wonderful service provided by Kelly. ? After making an emergency same day appointment my vehicle was inspected within hours of parking. My entire muffler system was replaced and pricing was incredibly fair. Kelly worked with me and went the extra mile to include a tire change as well despite that not really being a service the shop includes. Thank you Kelly! ? Now I can feel safe or my family while driving my car. No more stalling, under the car smoke, or exhaust coming into my vehicle.

This past weekend my family and I were in town for the Gus Macker. My Dad went to move his car and the breaks were making a weird noise. It was Saturday, and we were 260 miles from home. My son just happened to walk by and see that there was a mechanic inside the garage. Long story short he took the tires off my Dad’s car checked the breaks and couldn’t find anything wrong with it. He charged my Dad $20. That’s it. $20. My Dad says it’s the best $20 he’s ever spent, to know his car was going to make it back home. I can’t express how thankful we are for good, honest people in this world! Thank you!Service: Brakes

Daughter waited 5hours for oil change without being advised on time frame, then charged $100 and told, Sorry .. the oil was more than we thought.Should of been advised before hand of price and time.When I called to inquire on this MESS.. I was advised that is the Normal Price of Synthetic 5W30, And if I've been charged less somewhere else, I wasn't getting REAL Synthetic, Which is not true. Also advised that, IF my daughter just wanted an oil change she should of went to an oil change place, not here.
