A freak incident on the Ohio turnpike brought us to C and C collision in the Soo. The “artists” at C and C performed their magic in a short amount of time and we were back on the road before the Fourth of July. Manager Dana Howland handled everything perfectly - she’s a real gem! All of their work exceeded our expectations. Dana coordinated things with our insurance company and kept us posted as to the progress of our repair making this a pain free adventure.
We highly recommend C and C Collision for anyone needing body repair work.

Just left this shop for a repair to my car's engine splash panel. Was traveling and needed a small repair to avoid further damage. The office ladies were superbly helpful & friendly. Kevin came out, laid on the concrete, crawled under my car and made repairs. He was thorough, very friendly, knew his stuff, and we enjoyed a running conversation about our mutual love for the UP. Done in 10 minutes, no charge, and went on my way. With folks like they have, their skills and customer focus, it's no wonder they have & deserve a 5 star rating and a 2-3 month long wait list for full collision work on customer vehicles. Well worth a visit and getting a quote!!

Damaged my driver side visor, broke the cosmetic mirror and swivel mechanism raising my window while the visor was sticking out the window. Got a dealership quote of $849.50 for parts and installation…NO, I am not kidding!!!
Headed to C & C Auto and Collision in Sault St. Marie, Michigan. They offered to get me a new one, but I explained the cost and requested a used one. They found one the same day, ordered it and received it in a week. Was asked to stop by to make sure it would work and it was installed the very next day. Grand total: $160 parts and installation. They even provided a loaner so we could shop during the installation. Replacement looks brand new and works flawlessly.
Totally impressed with the facility and its employees. Good, honest, capable and efficient staff. More than highly recommend this outstanding business!!! Cannot thank them enough.

Everyone at C& C is very professional! My F-150 was caught in a hail storm and they did a tremendous Job making it look like new again. Dana in the front office was very knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns I had. I would recommend to anyone needing repairs to check out C&C auto & collision !

My insurance USAA is investigating them right now as well as sue motors what more can I say they held my truck and didn't work on it for a month but now it's at Johnson's & Johnson's Collision getting taken care of properly
