I had an appointment here once for reflexology that I still think about from time to time. There was a cancellation and I ended up scooping it up the night before. At the apt. The lady told me 3 times how crazy lucky I was that I ended up booking with her because they were just so booked up and nobody could get in. She talked the entire time. I sure didn't feel lucky. Super weird vibe and environment.

Brenda Eagle-Ransom is one of the most unprofessional people that I have ever encountered. She is rude, disrespectful, entitled, pushy, embodies a used car salesperson personality, and lacks in her "trained" abilities. Stay away at all costs.

Massage was so bad, during it, I was debating on calling to ask for a refund for such a dissatisfied service.Upon entrance of my first time at the spa, ladies were gathered chatting, and it wasn’t the most friendly welcome I received but that soon became least of my worries.It was all just weird. She read my paperwork while I stood there, she left to let me get undressed, I waited and waited until she finally came back. She started late. Ended early.Gloves were used, many massages in my day and NEVER had a massage with gloves. Such a disappointment. She was chatty, turned loud fan on during massage drowning out music and creating cool air. She picked up the pillow so abruptly to move it. I felt that she was just going from one place to the next with no specific structure, just all over the place, nowhere long enough for it to be enjoyable. My arms were massaged and just left to hang from table or wherever.I was so excited and unfortunately, worst massage ever had. Hate to leave this, been on my mind and can’t let it goPriced reasonably, that’s a plus I guess
