I'm so angry with my experience they did not specify what bank information was needed so I presented direct deposit information. The money was withheld 5 days on the day they were supposed to deposit it was wired they did not have wiring information so it was rejected. I live 3 hours away in a different time zone I was not contacted until 3:00 their time 2:00 mine on a Friday the weekend before Presidents day. They said they would overnight me a check. UPS.. I did not receive it the next day they sent me NO tracking Information I tried calling their office first thing Monday panicking it may have went to the wrong house no answer repeatedly most likely closed for Presidents day. I have no idea where the money is from my house sale this is so irresponsible I cannot even begin to describe the stress and anxiety this has caused me. I do not recommend this titling company.

I somehow owed $3,000 k more on my home than I had offered for it. And instead of getting a cash credit from the seller as agreed for a new propane tank. Larger newer I ended up paying almost $400 for the existing propane! Which should've come with the home. I don't blame the title co as much as I do the agent Lee lull. He's an idiot!!! And if you ever use him for anything tape your conversations so he can't switch things around on you like he did me!
