I was here for a conference. A deli or buffet for food options, plus the store that had snacks/drinks so no need to leave. My suite had a large jacuzzi, but the water flow was quite slow and it took about 1 hour to fill. Need additional hotel parking and some pavement repair leading to the hotel.

Room nice, we got a microwave and fridge. The washrooms suck, cant shower only bathe. ? Whats the point of a showerhead if we cant use themWalkability: Large area to walk around, beautiful fountains and bridge.Food & drinks: Nice deli but doesnt have most of the menu available ?

Walked in with 30$ each and walked back out with 90$ just for me. Actually won quite a bit more but we had a great time for 3 hours. Results are not typical.

The tables & slot variety is excellent. As soon as you walk in the door, the air is stifling. If you are sensitive to smoking, this is not a good place to go. They have non-smoking casino rooms but it is everywhere.

first time going and the staff all had an attitude and were uninterested in their guests. the place however was generally well kept and the atmosphere as well as the scenery were quite impressive.Noteworthy details: loved the asthetics of the waterfalls and the artwork in certain areas

My wife and I just got back from a week long stay at Keywadin hotel Sault and I must say it was the worst experience we have had at this establishment since we began coming almost yearly since the early 90's. During our entire week long stay we did not have one day where housekeeping came to our room for towels or trash. The last 3 days I called the front desk each day at 0700 and requested to have them empty my now overflowing trash and replace my towels, the front desk told me they would let housekeeping know. Each day I returned to my room in the evening to have it not done! One day I put my wet towels in the hall thinking they would take them and replace them. They did take them but left me with none!!!!! Then when I went to the front desk now late in the evening I was greeted with a sign saying they stepped away for 20 mins. So I had to sit and wait! Over the last few years it has been going slowly downhill but this week has been the worst for me. I like to spend time in the Soo and Gamble at your this casino but they have to improve their service!!!! No Breakfast and restaurant is not even open everyday. Service has went way down and price has went way up. May be time to look at other casinos in the area.

Food was poison. Need good restaurant with decent food. No wonder place was vacant during I500! So disappointed. Sick for days!Food & drinks: Not up to it.
