“I ordered a Canada goose jacket (resolute)for the winter and was unsure about the fit luckily someone from their store communicated with me on the chat about the jacket and the sizing and fit and had also sent me pictures of the product to help me with making an informed decision. I decided to go with the size they recommended, which was a small and i received the jacket within 3 days here in Edmonton, Alberta and it is perfect. Thank you so much.”

“I was in store this afternoon around 1pm. Heard the cashiers interacting with Customers and need to express the fantastic customer service that was provided. The young girls at the cash greeted every customer as they were the only person in the store. The one was extremly patient and kind with a senior that was at the cash as he was having difficulties getting his card working. It was so wonderful to see and hear. Unfortunatley I did not take a moment to see either of these girls names but I did want to take a moment to express the excellent customer service that was provided today. “Have always liked this small town store. My hubby only goes here for all his work boots and just purchased new coat and bibs from there too! New owners seem to be doing well with taking it over. Much better than anywhere else to get work boots from locally!”
