I always get gel polish on natural nails. They rush when removing gel. They drill too hard and fast! I have divets in my nails now and the polish looks TERRIBLE! Both my finger tips and nails themselves feel very sensitive. I will not go back!

Today I got a full set from a nice girl! She did an amazing job and I will 100% be returning. This place is an great and very accommodating place! I definitely recommend this place!!!

Well, I did get my nails back in one piece. I usually do my own gel nails and did them 2 weeks ago before we left home. They didn't last and I was in a tour so had very little free time and options.
I asked for dip because it's easier. They look ok. The cuticles on 3 of my fingers are sore. She cut me twice when nipping my cuticles, didn't say anything or apologize.
I was just passing thru town but I would not go back.

Avoid " Rachel" for Acrylics. I'd give minus 5 stars if I could.

I asked for "oval"-
I DID file the tips because
(I asked about the duckbill BEFORE the acrylic- she LITERALLY smacked my hand away).

My friend got her nails done here and they put way to much glue on and now she can’t get them off she got one off but her nail got broken in half and the rest of them are doing the same she has tried everything thing to get them off and nothing is working she has had them on for a month

The place is clean and welcoming. My manicurist gave me the most beautiful manicure ever- and it lasted a full 3 weeks! Will def be my new go-to spot.

Love it here, will be coming back!! Their facilities were very clean and their gel system has changed the way I look at nail extensions! I would absolutely recommend this place!

Very unsanitary practices. First time visitor, simple pedicure w/ no polish... my regular guy is out of the country for 5 weeks. 4 hours later I have a raging infection with flaming hot soles and offensive smelling feet. I touched my feet with my hands and now unfortunately, the infection has spread to my hands. Can't rid myself of the odor. Tech used an old pumice stone to remove callous. I have no callous but it is part of her procedure. Then, she used an old brush to apply who knows what and scrubbed my already clean toes. No sterilization equipment seen. As soon as I saw the old pumice, I knew I was in trouble. I am from Cali and they have laws. You cannot use items used on someone else and you must sterilize tools. Old pumice and brush and now I have feet on FIRE and horrific funky feet and hands. This place gave me an infection that I now have to deal with. UNACCEPTABLE! Also, two women left after getting pedicures. They did NOT clean the bowl after them. In Cali, while your nails are drying, they are sanitizing everything for the next person. I am traumatized. My entire house smells of funky feet.

Used to love this place, went for a basic pedicure, did nothing more than remove my old nail polish and apply new, didn’t trim my cuticles or anything. Took over 1 1/2 hours for a basic single color gel manicure as wellServices: Pedicure
