Everybody I encountered at this location was very helpful and respectful. The employee that took of me on my last visit when I was searching for a few parts for my vehicle, I believe his name was JJ. He’s the best there is and I couldn’t be more grateful for his help! We found everything I needed and even better it was at a great price, keep it up!!

Yesterday, bad news my 2007 Prius battery died. Car is not used most of the year as we live here part time. Good news it was under warranty and didn’t cost anything for replacement. And the staff was so pleasant too. Today both key fobs had batteries that weren’t working so I returned and had the best rep replace them in the fob for me. It was not an easy job, but he did it without complaining, and no bad words uttered. I was truly impressed. Wish I could thank the rep by name, but didn’t get it. So thank you O’reilly Sault, Michigan.

I was on a road trip and was having odd electrical issues with my car. Given the symptoms, I thought my alternator was failing. The guy at the O'Reilly store pointed out that the place that installed my car battery hadn't tightened the cables properly. He saved me a small fortune in repair bills. Would definitely recommend this place!

Had an issue with my truck and took it to O'Reilly. The fellow at the counter used the diagnostic code reader to find out what the trucks computer showed and entered the code he found into their database at the counter, which interpreted the code, showed how many instances a similar problem was reported at their stores (146 times) and what the reported fix was that resolved the issue (114 times replacing the thermostats housing and 5 other fixes with replacing the temperature sensor sending unit showing 2 times. Based on the fact that the temperature gauge was not working at all and that the engine was not overheating but the engine fan kept running for three minutes after the truck was turned off he recommended replacing the sending sensor which cost $15. Based on the data in the data in the system, I asked how much the housing cost was, and it was only $55, so I opted to hedge my bets and bought one. He recommended a mobile mechanic and gave me his contact number. The problem was fixed in the next two hours, and the total cost, including the labor for the mechanic, was less than $200. I would have paid at least 4 times that amount and had to wait a couple of weeks to have it fixed by a dealership. With 115,000 miles on the engine, I now have 100% confidence that my upcoming 1,500 mile trip home will be cooling system problem free. Thanks to O'Reilly for quickly helping me out with great service and knowledge.
