Disappointing Experience at Petsmart
I recently had a disappointing experience at Petsmart that I feel compelled to share. Not only was the customer service subpar, but I also encountered a distressing incident of racism during my visit. I visited several time for buying some fishes for my aquarium and one of their staff member didn't allow me to buy one.
The staff's lack of attentiveness and willingness to assist left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Additionally, the incident involving racism was deeply unsettling. Such behavior has no place in any establishment, and it significantly tainted my overall experience.
I hope Petsmart takes these concerns seriously and implements necessary changes to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers. It's crucial for businesses to address issues like these promptly and foster an atmosphere of respect and equality.
