Thankfully I know where to find my dogs food in this store however, both times I have gone here the customer service is not very good - lady with glasses and long hair is very rude especially when asked if they are hiring.

I would give this location a 0☆ if I could. My daughter was blatantly followed by a staff member after she entered the store, her coat hood and covid mask were on. The manager signaled the staff member down the aisle behind her, but no attempt was made to ask her if she needed assistance. I had entered the store behind them. She continued to walk around behind her offering no assistance until I mentioned to my daughter what was going on. My daughter spent over $100 at the time.When we returned two days later because she was overcharged on an item the cashier immediately called the manager to say she was trying to return something. This was before even finishing with customer she was already cashing out. I corrected her saying it was an overcharge, not a return. She said, "I'm handling it mam" in an aggressive tone. I said you can lose the attitude and she then denied using attitude and placed a call to her manager to deal with us.I can't name her as she had no name tag but she was young with dark hair and glasses and did not get off her seat to serve us.The manager came and told the rude staff member not to worry about it, and then denied having my daughter followed.Worst retail experience we've had in a long time. We are both from out of town and would never recieve this treatment from our local store. We won't be returning here.

Employees and supervisors need more customer service training. I've had very disappointing experiences the last two times I went. The associates I dealt with were extremely rude and condescending. I'll be shopping at the Sudbury location from now on. I'd rather make the drive than give this store any more of my money.

Very enjoyable and I return always for my pets needs along with a lot of other needs I happen to have!
